Kelly Burgess, Amber Jannusch, Dana Jones, and Ian Murray bring a wealth of expertise to campus in legal writing, academic excellence, health law, and business law. She comes to Mitchell Hamline with extensive experience in legal writing, academic support, and bar preparation across in-person, hybrid, and online environments with a deeply student-centered philosophy. Jannusch brings a student-centered and holistic approach to academic success work, with experience supporting students from pre-law preparation through bar exam success. She is an experienced college professor and law tutor, interested in integrating mental health and wellness in legal education and practice. Jones has more than two decades of experience as a health law scholar, educator, and practitioner. Her work sits at the intersection of health care systems, health policy, technology governance, and civil rights, and she is invested in reframing the national conversation about AI, health equity, and transformative teaching. His work focuses on business law, international law, and the evolving role of regulation in global markets. His scholarship explores topics including regulatory arbitrage, global legal institutions, and the intersection of law and economic organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven though I just arrived on campus, I\u2019ve already finished teaching my first course,\u201d said Murray.\u00a0\u201cI had the extraordinary opportunity to co-teach a seminar in transitional justice with Professor Kim Vu-Dinh at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo as part of one of Mitchell Hamline&#8217;s inspiring study abroad programs.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mitchell Hamline School of Law is pleased to welcome four new faculty members for the fall term.
