Make sure you bring everything you\u2019ve received from the court.<\/p>\n<p>The items in\u00a0<strong>bold<\/strong>\u00a0are<strong>\u00a0essential<\/strong>; all items will make the process faster, easier, and more accurate.<\/p>\n<p>You can obtain copies of your eviction case(s) Register of Actions by visiting the courthouse where the eviction occurred or by searching under <a href=\"https:\/\/pa.courts.state.mn.us\/default.aspx\">&#8216;Civil, Family &amp; Probate Case Records&#8217;<\/a> online. If you do not have the court documents for your eviction, go to the county courthouse where your eviction was filed and ask them how to get your papers.
