Kan. 2019)<\/h2>\n<p><strong><strong>Nature of Case: <\/strong><\/strong> Defendant was federally indicted for failure to register under federal SORNA, and filed a pre-trial motion to dismiss alleging, <i>inter alia<\/i> that federal SORNA constituted compelled speech, and thus violated his First Amendment rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Holding: <\/strong> Federal District Court for the District of Kansas denied Defendant&#8217;s Motion to Dismiss, rejecting all of his arguments.
