Appellant did not object to these conditions at sentencing, but sought review on appeal nonetheless.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holding: <\/strong> 5th Circuit Court of Appeals held that a ten year ban on internet and computer use following Appellant&#8217;s imprisonment constituted plain error.
