Bobal, No. 19\u201310678 (11th Cir. 2020)<\/h2>\n<p><strong><strong>Nature of Case: <\/strong><\/strong> Appellant was convicted of a sex offense in federal court and, as a part of the conditions of his sentence, the trial court imposed lifelong computer restrictions on him. On appeal, Appellant argued that the conditions violated his First Amendment rights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holding: <\/strong> 11th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the conditions imposed by the lower court.
