App. 2021)<\/h2>\n<p><strong><strong>Nature of Case: <\/strong><\/strong> Appellant was convicted of sex offenses and sentenced to probation with conditions that restricted his use of the internet and social media. Appellant sought review of those conditions, alleging that they were not constitutional under the United States Supreme Court&#8217;s decision in <i>Packingham v. North Carolina<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holding: <\/strong> The Colorado Court of Appeals rejected Appellant&#8217;s arguments that the challenged provisions were unconstitutional.
