With its recent Establishment and Free Exercise Clause decisions, the current U.S. Supreme Court is forging new paths on issues such as whether governmental acknowledgements of religion and funding of religious organizations are permissible under the Establishment Clause, and how to adjudicate conflicts between religious and sexual minorities.
