This year\u2019s topic is Politics, Propaganda, and Genocide: From the Holocaust and the Genocide of the American Indians to Crises Today.<\/p>\n<p>While most summer programs are postponed because of COVID-19, the 2020 Summer Institute will continue as planned &#8211; but online. The Summer Institute will examine the pattern of hate and violence today and the parallels during the Holocaust and the genocide of the American Indians. Attendees will learn how to advocate for human rights policy and legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The Institute will be held Tuesday through Thursday, August 4 &#8211; August 6, 10:00 \u2013 noon, 1:30-4:00, and 7:00-9:00 pm CT online through Zoom. The Institute is open to all current high school and college students in the US and abroad.
