This competition is open to all current law students who are <a href=\"https:\/\/go.acslaw.org\/e\/584003\/cs5HXUPIPoZCKRlHY3D-reserved-0\/tcwv7\/660538816?h=fTtwEwWgteUlET5EfdUCQDOEl13CDwWF-Qnh6rvGT_E\">dues-paying ACS members<\/a>, and we welcome all student papers that further a progressive vision of the U.S. Constitution, law, and public policy.<\/p>\n<p>Submissions will be judged by a prestigious selection committee including federal judges and leading academics.
