Dance\/movement therapy (DMT) is on the rise and it is helping a lot of people! According to <a href=\"http:\/\/GoodTherapy.org\">GoodTherapy.org<\/a>, DMT uses dance and movement to help people achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration. DMT can be used for stress reduction, mood management, body perception improvement, and overall self-esteem. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodtherapy.org\/learn-about-therapy\/types\/dance-movement-therapy\">Link to article here: Dance \/ Movement Therapy.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Take some time out of your day to DANCE LIKE NO ONE IS WATCHING! Put on your favorite music, clear a space, and move your body! While there is no time limit on this activity, aim for 30 minutes. Have fun and don\u2019t be afraid to be silly!<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Photos are encouraged, but not required for this activity.
