Thank you all for participating in week one and CONGRATS TO THE WINNERS!<\/p>\n<p>I often feel stressed at the beginning of a busy week. All of the weekend relaxing is over, and I come out feeling a little disorganized and chaotic. Personally, organizing my weekly planner has been an effective tool at combating this.<\/p>\n<p>According to Psychology Today, creating a weekly plan has many psychological\/functional benefits! WRITE IT OUT. Organize your schoolwork, home chores, and even add in personal time!
