This year\u2019s Virtual Wellness Week is focused around Wholistic Wellness and kicks off\u00a0 Monday, March 29<sup>th<\/sup> with programs on nutritional, emotional, financial, spiritual, and physical wellness.<\/p>\n<p>We have also created a <a href=\"https:\/\/padlet.com\/sdshapiro\/k5siwkqu99w2m099\">Gratitude Board<\/a> and Wellness <a href=\"https:\/\/libguides.mitchellhamline.edu\/Wellness\">LibGuide<\/a>. The practice of gratitude helps people feel positive emotions, improve their overall health and wellbeing, deal with adversity, and build relationships. The Gratitude Board is a place to share your thoughts of gratitude and promote positive emotions.\u00a0 The Wellness Library guide is filled with articles, resources, and websites related to a variety of wellness topics. There is even a link to an <a href=\"https:\/\/explore.org\/livecams\">Explore LiveCam website,<\/a> to take a break and watch some playful polar bears or koalas.<\/p>\n<p>Below you will find the schedule of events and the Zoom link for each program, along with a description of the program. If you choose to follow the cooking demonstration from your kitchen, an ingredient list and food preparation details will follow.<\/p>\n<p>Jenny Breen has been a professional chef and advocate for local and sustainably raised foods working directly with farmers and producers in the Twin Cities area since the mid-1980s.\u00a0 She was co-owner of Good Life Cafe and Catering, a sustainable and whole foods business from 1996-2013.\u00a0 She is a 2009 Archibald Bush Foundation Leadership Fellow and completed her MPH in Nutrition at the University of Minnesota in 2011. She currently teaches 3 courses at the University of Minnesota through Food Science and Nutrition and the Academic Health Center.
