I hope all of you are hanging in there!<\/p>\n<p>Something I get told OFTEN is that I need to learn how to say \u201cno.\u201d I tend to feel like I am letting people down when I do. My family has told me that they worry I am burning the candle at both ends. Sometimes, the stress of trying to please everyone causes me to implode or explode.<\/p>\n<p>For this activity, practice the art of saying \u201cno.\u201d If you feel comfortable enough, tell the group what it was you declined and how it made you feel.
