The Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy &amp; Practice is a student-run and student-edited journal. (For more information, including past volumes please visit: <a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/law-journal\/\">https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/law-journal\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>We invite Mitchell Hamline students and faculty to submit their work. The Journal publishes traditional law review style articles with the intention of providing timely legal and policy updates to interested readers. We are looking for\u202fthe\u202fhighest quality of legal publication available on topics relating to legal practice, legal issues faced by the public, and legal policy solutions. We welcome all perspectives and all authors,\u202fas long as\u202fthe piece is focused on,\u202for includes a legal public policy.<\/p>\n<p>There are no word, page, or footnote count restrictions. However, footnotes\u00a0must be\u00a0in Bluebook format.
