Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This position is open for an entering <\/span>2L or 3L<\/span> law student. You will work closely with our attorneys to draft all documents needed for client estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, contracts, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
A strong applicant will have very good writing skills and some work experience writing, editing, or drafting documents. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Location:<\/strong> This is an in-person position.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Semester:<\/strong> Available starting Sept. 1<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hours:<\/strong> Your hours will be determined based on your class schedule. We prefer someone who can work at least 20 hours per week. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
