Law clerk, student extern, or young attorney looking for an opportunity to assist solo attorney in all aspects of the practice.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Legal research, drafting transactional and litigation documents, screening potential clients, practice management on behalf of principal.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Course work to have been completed, year in school, undergraduate major needed (if any), lawyering or other professional skills required, familiarity with software or technology, certifications] Desire to learn through work, attention to detail, professional demeanor, excellent communication and writing skills, preferably a cynical disposition.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Location:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Remote work, in person work, or both; will travel be required] Position includes small, private office in a suite with 7 other attorneys (who may also offer referral work of their own, and offer an excellent opportunity to network). The office may be used for a student or attorney to conduct their own studies\/work.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hours: <\/strong>Part-time, but has the potential to increase to full-time.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
