We have assembled a slate of outstanding presenters, including judges and experts in a variety of fields, who will speak on vital issues facing civil and criminal practice today, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li>Qualified Immunity<\/li>\n<li>Federal Clemency in the Biden Era<\/li>\n<li>Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions<\/li>\n<li>Voting Rights<\/li>\n<li>Neuroscience and the Law<\/li>\n<li><em>In the Dark <\/em>Podcast and Investigative Journalism<\/li>\n<li>Civil Access to Justice and the Pro Se Project<\/li>\n<li>Supreme Court Update<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, our keynote speaker this year is Professor Christopher Lehman, a professor of ethnic studies at St. Cloud State University. Professor Lehman\u2019s keynote address is titled \u201cHow Free is Free\u201d and will discuss Southern slave owners\u2019 contributions to Minnesota\u2019s growth through the end of the Civil War and Minnesota\u2019s complicit role in the history of slavery.
