The MN-FBA Mentorship Committee is excited to share the recent launch of the Federal Bar Association\u2019s Lift Up Leaders Mentorship Program, which was designed under the leadership of FBA-National D&I Chair and FBA-MN Past-President Tara Norgard.\u00a0The Lift Up Leaders program provides FBA members with a unique opportunity to make a personal difference in their professional community and to gain new perspectives on the legal environment.\u00a0Participating mentors can provide advice, insight, and guidance to mentees concerning careers, internships or clerkships, leadership opportunities, and professional development.\u00a0Mentees are afforded a confidential resource to talk through career decisions and professional development.\u00a0The program is designed for the mentorship pair to build a mutually beneficial and positive relationship.<\/p>\n
