Please join us for the 8th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute! It is next week on March 10 and 11 from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm each day.<\/p>\n

This is the flagship CLE event for the\u00a0Minnesota State Bar Association<\/a>‘s Corporate Counsel Section. And because this year’s event is virtual, you can attend from wherever you are.<\/p>\n

Programs include how to read a privacy policy, best practices for working with external counsel and internal stakeholders during major projects, working effectively with in-house counsel, and the ethics of artificial intelligence. Our always popular general counsel panel will address Corporate Governance Perspectives from the General Counsel Seat with\u00a0Jill Barnett<\/a>, CAO, GC, and Corporate Secretary at SunOpta;\u00a0Meghan Elliott<\/a>, VP, GC and Corporate Secretary at Apogee Enterprises;\u00a0Jeff Lendino<\/a>, CLO at Jamf; and\u00a0William “Bill” McDonald<\/a>, EVP, GC, and Corporate Secretary at Ceridian.<\/p>\n
