We are pleased to announce that registration for the 2022 Cook County Bar Association Minority Law Student Job Fair is now open! <\/span>All schools that register by March 31, 2022 will receive a discounted rate of $315.00<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span> After that date, the fee increases to $350.00. <\/span>If you wish to pay by credit card, please do so at https:\/\/ccbaminorityjobfair.org\/online-payment\/<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Attached, please find: (1)<\/strong> a Law School Registration Information Brochure 2022 CCBA Job Fair School Information Registration Brochure<\/a> containing information regarding the Job Fair and the law school registration process including registering your school on Symplicity. <\/span>Register<\/strong>:<\/strong> (<\/span>https:\/\/law-ccba-csm.symplicity.com\/faculty\/?signin_tab=0&signin_tab=0<\/span><\/span><\/a>). We have also attached<\/span><\/div>\n
(2)<\/strong> the Cook County Bar Association’s W-9 form for purposes of remitting the registration fee for the Job Fair.Form W9 Form (2) (1)<\/a> <\/span><\/div>\n
We ask that you disseminate the W-9 form only to the individual(s) responsible for the payment of your school’s registration for the Job Fair.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Please inform your students that all job fair participants must be fully vaccinated and present a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the fair. Medical and religious exemptions will be considered.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Please note: Only one liaison from each school should register as the point person for the fair. If you registered for last year’s fair, you must re-register for this year’s fair, though you may use the same login information. Also, please inform your students who your school’s liaison is so they can enter that person’s name as they register. Many students have entered the incorrect name, n\/a, or CCBA as the liaison.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Although your payment must be submitted prior to the actual job fair, your students can register as soon as you sign up on Symplicity. They do not have to wait until the payment is submitted.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7 Law school and law student registration is open from until <\/span>May 1,2022.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Each student must complete their profile and upload their resume by<\/span> May 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM CST.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Each student must bid for no more than 25 ranked employer selections between <\/span>May 9, 2022 through May 27, 2022 at 11:59 PM CST.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Students should receive their initial schedule on or before<\/span> June 20, 2022<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 <\/span>Initial<\/span> drops, adds, and cancellations must be completed by<\/span> June 24, 2022 at 11:59 PM CST<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 Second round matching will take place <\/span>between June 25, 2022 and July 1, 2022.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u00b7 <\/span>Final cancellations <\/span>should be completed by<\/span> 11:59 PM CST July 13, 2022<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
