Students externs will review motion briefing, observe evidentiary hearings and jury trials, and assist in drafting memoranda and orders.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This opportunity is available to second-, third-, and fourth-year law students. Preference will be given to students who have previously taken Criminal Procedure. Strong research and writing skills are required.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Location:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Students will need to have at least one day available each week to be present at the Hennepin County Government Center, located in downtown Minneapolis.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
