The Registrar has informed us that you are scheduled to graduate this semester.\u00a0<span data-markjs=\"true\">Congratulations<\/span>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">I am writing to remind you that you need to complete your Graduate Employment Survey through our online platform,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law-mitchellhamline-csm.symplicity.com\/students\/index.php?signin_tab=0\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">Symplicity<\/a>.\u00a0Completion of your Graduate Employment Survey is a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/registrar\/academic-requirements\/\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">graduation requirement as described on the Registrar\u2019s website<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">You may access the Graduate Employment Survey through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law-mitchellhamline-csm.symplicity.com\/students\/index.php?signin_tab=0\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">Symplicity<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">When you log into\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/law-mitchellhamline-csm.symplicity.com\/students\/index.php?signin_tab=0\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\">Symplicity<\/a>, click on\u00a0<strong>\u201c Complete Graduate Survey\u201d<\/strong>on your main screen.\u00a0\u00a0You may have to scroll down!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Please complete the Graduate Employment Survey in its entirety and click Save Changes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">If you have difficulty accessing or completing the survey, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@mitchellhamline.edu\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"4\">careers@mitchellhamline.edu<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A few reminders as you complete the survey:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Mitchell Hamline is required to report our graduate\u2019s employment to the American Bar Association (ABA). The ABA is interested in\u00a0<strong>all types of employment<\/strong>that our graduates will perform following law school, including non-legal employment. If you have employment following graduation in a non-legal position, please include that information in your survey as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">The Graduate Employment Survey provides the option for \u201cEnrolled in a full-time degree or certificate program.\u201d You should only select this option if you plan to continue your education upon graduating from Mitchell Hamline and you are enrolled in another full-time degree or certificate program that you will begin\u00a0after\u00a0you receive your JD.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">The Graduate Employment Survey asks you to indicate the jurisdiction in which you plan to take the bar exam.\u00a0<strong>Please note that you must also report the jurisdiction that you plan to sit for the bar exam to the Mitchell Hamline Registrar\u2019s Office so they may properly certify that you have earned your degree. You are responsible for providing this information directly to the Registrar\u2019s Office. They will not receive it from your Graduate Employment Survey.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Thank you, in advance, for completing the Graduate Employment Survey. Your response to this survey does not impact conferral of your degree, but you do need to complete the survey in order to receive your paper diploma. The information you provide assists us in meeting our annual reporting obligations to the American Bar Association, the National Association of Law Placement and the various law school rankings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Please let me know if you have questions. Stay well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer Recruitment Program for 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please save the date for Mitchell Hamline\u2019s upcoming\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/careers\/resources-for-students\/recruitment-program\/\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Summer Recruitment Program<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, through which employers of all sizes will seek, recruit, and hire Mitchell Hamline students for the upcoming school-year, Summer 2023, and post-grad positions. Employers will be posting opportunities for Mitchell Hamline students through our Symplicity OCI Platform, and students can apply to those jobs through this platform between\u00a0<strong>June 1 and<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>July 12, 2022.\u00a0<\/strong>Employers will then review the application materials submitted and select candidates to interview.
