Register by 6:00 pm CT on May 10 at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/worldwithoutgenocide.org\/may10\">worldwithoutgenocide.org\/may10<\/a><\/p>\n<p>China has committed genocide:\u00a0 that was the ruling of the Independent Commission on the Uyghurs, an international tribunal of lawyers and academics.\u00a0The panel also found evidence of crimes against humanity, torture, and sexual violence against the Uyghur people. This conversation with Dr. Ellen J.
