Limit of one per semester.<\/p>\n<p>Forms must be submitted to Financial Aid by <strong>Monday, July 25th at noon CST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The refund method will be via eRefund if you have a profile established, with funds available by July 29th. If you don\u2019t have an eRefund profile, the refund method will be via paper check which will be mailed to the address provided below.
