The course starts\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">February 1st, 2023<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0and is followed by a free networking event on\u00a0<\/span><b><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">March 11, 2023<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: #000000\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This course, <b>How to Break Into the Sports and Entertainment Industry<\/b>, is based off of an extended version of a law school course that I currently teach at TJSL, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjsl.edu\/academics\/curriculum-requirements\/elective-courses\">Sports Agent Registration and Practice<\/a>.\u00a0The course dives into the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li>Week 1: What is the Sports and Entertainment industry?<\/li>\n<li>Week 2: Who are the big players and what type of jobs are in the industry?<\/li>\n<li>Week 3: What is Networking, and how do you build relationships?<\/li>\n<li>Week 4: Where can you find Internships and how do you separate yourself as a candidate?<\/li>\n<li>Week 5: What are Organizations and which ones should you join?<\/li>\n<li>Week 6: What are vital resources that I can use now to prepare for day 1 on the job?<\/li>\n<li>Week 7: Networking Event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As the start date is fast approaching, TMFE Group is currently offering the following discounts to students all over the country:<\/p>\n<p><b>First 100 Students &#8211; Free: <\/b><u>100PERCENTOFF2023<\/u><\/p>\n<p><b>Second 100 Students &#8211; 50% Off: <\/b><u>HALFOFF2023<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This is perfect for students looking to snag a last minute spring internship or need help getting a summer or fall internship.
