The Balance Section is committed to exploring the importance of health, compassion, integrity, and ethics to the effective study and practice of law. The Section promotes continual re-examination of pedagogical practices, program content, and institutional priorities to promote the long-term best interests of law students and the constituencies they will serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">The Balance Section knows that some of the best ideas come from law students. So this summer we are hosting a Speed Share Series via zoom. At each session we will feature 4-5 student presentations and will conclude with a brief Q&amp;A with the student presenters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">We are soliciting abstracts from law student changemakers (a.k.a. YOU!). Please see the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1I63oivMyPOdEq_2AdIQlk4gjYNm77EzlG4GEKx6it5s\/edit\" data-ogsc=\"\"><strong><em><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(17, 85, 204)\">call for proposals\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0Suggested topics include (by are not limited to) answers to the following questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"default\">\n<li>Are you a law student changemaker with a vision for what the future of legal education could look like and\/or concrete ideas for how legal education could better support law student balance and well-being? What do you want faculty and administrators to know?<\/li>\n<li>What have your professors or your school done to support your well-being that you could share for the benefit of other students, professors, and administrators? What success story can you share?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Submit your short (less that 300 words) summaries\/abstracts<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfdpOqBMgKY77-fgyk_DTZZbBe4x4sHESufkvrHXLJNNrfvOw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><span data-ogsc=\"black\">.
