Join a lively discussion amongst corporate counsel and private practice legal and regulatory professionals on regulatory developments impacting the food, drug, and medical device industries.\u00a0 The FDA Forum is this Section\u2019s longest running annual event, valued by members for offering an insider\u2019s perspective on thorny regulatory issues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Returning this year as our keynote speaker is Susan Alpert, Ph.D., M.D., who draws valuable insight from her experience at the FDA, where she held a variety of management positions in the Centers dealing with drugs, devices and radiological health, and foods, as well as her industry expertise developed in executive positions at Medtronic, Inc., and C.R. Bard, Inc.\u00a0 Following Dr. Alpert\u2019s presentation are panel discussions among in-house and outside counsel specializing in food law and drug and device law.\u00a0 We will close the Forum with a social and networking event with light refreshments.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an in-person event.\u00a0 An option for remote participation will not be provided, however a video recording will be available for download after the event.<\/span><\/p>\n
