The <em>Mitchell Hamline Law Journal of Public Policy &amp; Practice<\/em> is a student-run and student-edited journal based out of Saint\u00a0Paul, Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>The Journal publishes traditional law review style articles with the intention of providing timely legal and policy updates to interested readers. We are looking for\u00a0the\u00a0highest quality of legal publication available on topics relating to legal practice, legal issues faced by the public, and legal policy solutions. We welcome all perspectives and all authors,\u00a0as long as\u00a0the piece is focused on,\u00a0or includes a legal public policy.\u00a0\u00a0There are no word, page, or footnote count restrictions. However, footnotes must be in Bluebook format.
