The flu shot clinic will take place on Thursday, September 28, from 2:45-5:00 pm<\/strong>.\u00a0 Participation is\u00a0open to all Mitchell Hamline faculty, staff, students, and families.\u00a0The shots will be administered by nurses from Homeland Health Specialists, Inc. in the Chief Justice conference room.<\/strong> Please see the\u00a0link below to schedule a time online, otherwise shots will be administered on a first come first serve basis with priority given to scheduled appointments.\u00a0 A signed consent form is required, please see attachment. Consent forms will also be available at the clinic. Homeland Health provides flu infection vaccinations to patients ages 3 years and up.\u00a0They will bill your health plan. A copy of your insurance card is requested.<\/p>\n

WPS<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t have one of the insurances listed above you are welcome to purchase a Flu injection the day of the clinic for $40 or FluMist (if available) for $45, or Senior Dose (65 years and up) for $70.<\/p>\n

The cost for any uninsured students will be covered, please present your student ID during your appointment to have the fee waived.<\/p>\n
