This is a great opportunity for MHSL law students to spend time with attorneys and judges from the Minnesota legal community and learn more about the great work of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The event will be held at the Minneapolis Hilton on Thursday, April 11 at will begin with a casual reception with a cash bar at 4:30 p.m. followed by a sit-down dinner and program at 6:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Law Day Dinner specifically benefits Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid\u2019s work with older adults. The keynote speaker is F. Michael Higginbotham, Lawrence M. Katz Professor of Law and former Interim Dean of the University of Baltimore School of Law. This year\u2019s Law Day Dinner honoree is James L. Chosy, Executive Senior Vice President and General Counsel of U.S. Bancorp.<\/p>\n<p>The Mitchell Hamline faculty have purchased a table and have several tickets available for students interested in attending.<strong> Please email Professor Fuith (leanne.fuith@mitchellhamline.edu) by Thursday, March 28 if you would like to attend.
