All checks will be mailed to the address on file. (If you need to submit an address change, please complete this form. Student Biographical Record Change (including address)<\/li>\n<li><strong>January 31:<\/strong>\u00a0Spring and J-Term Tuition is due for students without payment plans. For payment plans see the next page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TUITION AND FEES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe 2024-2025 Academic Year tuition and fee schedule is located on-line:<a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/student-finances\/tuition-and-fees\/\">\u00a0Tuition and Fees<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>BILLING &amp; STUDENT ACCOUNT ACCESS &amp; CASHNet\u00ae \/eREFUNDS<\/strong><br \/>\nMitchell Hamline School of Law does not generate or mail paper invoices or statements.<\/p>\n<p>To access your student account, click on the red \u201cLOGIN\u201d button found in the upper right-hand corner of any page on the MHSL website. Then select Student Records and enter your Student ID# and your four-digit exam ID#.<\/p>\n<p>From the Student Information Page, select My Student Account to see your tuition activity. Select Access CASHNet Portal to sign up for eRefunds, or to pay your tuition. Note: CASHNet credentials (Student ID and Exam ID). For more detailed directions for CASHNet, please follow this link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/student-finances\/accessing-your-student-account\/\">Accessing Your Student Account<\/a>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN OPTION<\/strong><br \/>\nThe MHSL Installment Payment plan provides for payment of your balance in 4 installments. Currently there are no enrollment fees. Spring Semester payments are due on Jan 20th, Feb 20th, Mar 20th and Apr 20th.\u00a0<strong>Students must be current and up to date on their payment plan to register for the Summer or Fall 2025 Semesters.<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:student.account@mitchellhamline.edu\">student.account@mitchellhamline.edu<\/a>\u00a0to enroll.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*EMPLOYER TUITION ASSISTANCE PAYMENT PLAN<\/strong><br \/>\nIf your employer or an outside agency will be paying your tuition, complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mitchellhamline.edu\/student-finances\/payment\/company-tuition-assistance-agreement-6\/\">Company Tuition Assistance Agreement<\/a>. Documentation is required and must be on file by the due date in order to qualify for deferral of payment in full.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*LOAN EXCESS\/CREDIT BALANCE REFUNDS<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have not yet applied for Financial Aid for 2024\/25, or if you have questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:finaid@mitchellhamline.edu\">finaid@mitchellhamline.edu<\/a>\u00a0or (651) 290-6471.<\/p>\n<p>Spring Semester Financial Aid &amp; Scholarships will be applied to your Student Account after the January 24th add\/drop deadline.
