Kennedy, Ph.D., Executive Director of World Without Genocide.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell Hamline is among the very few U.S. law schools offering a course exclusively on transgender rights.<\/p>\n<p>In 1975, Minneapolis became the first city in the US to pass legislation for trans-inclusive civil rights protection.
