Our current Student information System (Agresso) will be entering a read-only period in preparation for our transition to a new SIS (Jenzabar). As a result, there will be some changes to the way registration will occur for the summer and fall 2025 terms.<\/p>\n
Registration will happen in two rounds.\u00a0Round 1\u00a0<\/b>will begin March 17 and end March 25. Students will register in the order of their standard registration priority. Course waitlisting will not be available during the first round. There will be no add button next to courses that are full.\u00a0 Students may not register for more than 8 credits in the summer.<\/p>\n
Students who wish to register for more than 8 credits (up to 10) in the summer must complete a) the\u00a0summer overload petition<\/a>\u00a0and b) an\u00a0add form<\/a>\u00a0indicating the class(es) to add if approved and drop if necessary to maintain the approved 10 credits. Students should send the petition and add form to\u00a0academicaffairs@mitchellhamline.edu<\/a>\u00a0after their registration opens.<\/p>\n Round 2<\/b>\u00a0will open in our new student information system, Jenzabar, in late April. During round 2 students will be able to add\/drop courses and waitlist for courses. Students will register in the order of their standard registration priority. \u00a0Communication will go out at a later time regarding the start date of registration round 2.<\/p>\n \n \n Important information Regarding Starfish<\/b><\/p>\n Starfish will be accessible throughout the read-only period and up to the beginning of the fall 2025 semester for making appointments with academic advisors and any other providers, including the Legal Writing Center.<\/p>\n However, after March 28, student information in Starfish will no longer be updated.<\/p>\n Beginning with the fall 2025 term, Starfish will no longer be available, and instead we will be using the functionality of Jenzabar for advising.
