What are the ethical obligations of lawyers? What are the ethical obligations of the mediators? And as a practical matter, how can mediation best serve those who are in dispute. Come ready to share your experiences \u2013 both positive and concerning!<\/p>\n<p>This month&#8217;s CLE is hybrid format, and lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees.
