Law Review is seeking candidates to serve as Associates for Volume 52 during the 2025-2026 academic year. Any student who will be enrolled through May 2026 is able to Write-On for Law Review, including BAM, blended, part-time, and full-time students. Registration closes in nine days, so act fast!<\/p>\n<p>The Law Review Write-On Process will take place over eleven days, from\u00a0Wednesday, May 21 to Sunday, June 1, 2025. The application includes a\u00a0Bluebook\u00a0Citation Quiz, a Case Note Outline, and a Personal Statement. Registration closes Friday, May 16.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bluebook\u00a0Citation Quiz<\/strong><br \/>\nThe\u00a0Bluebook\u00a0Quiz is designed to evaluate applicants\u2019 ability to correct citations and verify that citations accurately support the assertions they reference. It consists of 20 citation corrections and 20 multiple-choice authority-checking questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Case Note Outline<\/strong><br \/>\nApplicants will analyze a recent Minnesota Supreme Court case using a provided packet of supporting materials\u2014no outside research required. Rather than writing a full case note, applicants will submit an outline and abstract, showcasing their thesis development and argument organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Statement<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Personal Statement allows applicants to showcase their interest in\u00a0Law\u00a0Review\u00a0and what they will contribute to the team. In 400\u2013600 words, applicants will articulate why they want to join\u00a0Law\u00a0Review\u00a0and how their skills, experiences, and perspectives will enhance the publication.
