\u00a0The ABA Business Law Section invites you submit your papers on the subject of business law to us for a chance to win $1,000 and publishing opportunities!\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Submit your outstanding business law papers written in 2023-2024 or the current academic year (or write one specifically for this contest!) to the\u00a02025 Mendes Hershman Student Writing Contest<\/a>.\u00a0<\/b>All submission materials are due on May 30th<\/sup>, 2025.<\/p>\n

The winner of the first-place paper will receive a $1,000 cash prize. Outstanding first-place papers may also be included in\u00a0The Business Lawyer<\/i><\/a>,<\/i>\u00a0a quarterly publication that is the premier business law journal in the country. Second and third-place papers are eligible for publication in\u00a0Business Law Today<\/i><\/a>, the digital platform of curated, peer-reviewed content for the ABA Business Law Section.<\/p>\n
