Professor Carl Moy is looking for research assistants to serve over the summer and into the upcoming academic year.<\/p>\n
Work will include: legal research; writing; analysis of legal authorities, including cases and secondary sources; curricular planning and development; program planning and development; planning and executing recruiting and placement events.<\/p>\n
Topics will involve patent law, other areas of IP law, legal theory, litigation practice, legal writing, remedies, and related areas.\u00a0 A background or primary interest in IP law will be helpful in some matters, but is not a requirement.<\/p>\n
If you participate, there will likely be opportunities for you to develop one or more scholarly article topics.\u00a0 I can award work-study and academic credit for appropriate work done as an RA.<\/p>\n
RA meetings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at noon.\u00a0 RAs should be able to attend at least one of the meetings regularly.<\/p>\n
