Printing Tips and Basics:
»Print directly from your computer by choosing Secureprint on Gray as your printing destination. Instructions can be found here.
» Send your print jobs to printing@mitchellhamline.edu
—> It will create print jobs for each attachment and the email itself. You can then select at the printer what you want to print.
» You must send your documents from your Mitchell Hamline Email account.
—> email log in: https://login.microsoftonline.com
» Your Mitchell password must be active. (so that you can log into your email and computers on campus)
—> Password reset/unlock: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/profile/
» Your email has a limit of 20mb limit. Your print jobs will not be sent if your email exceeds 20mb.
» The larger the file the longer it takes to show up in your queue at the Canon device.
» Your printing account must have enough of a balance to print a whole document you are selecting in your queue. Even if you opt to only print a couple of pages.
—> So if you only need to print the first 2 pages of a 100 page document, try sending a truncated version of the 100 page document.
