Cross-cutting Topics

Overview

Chapter eleven in the primary text takes up three topics that do not fit cleanly within the framework of any one perspective. They are: A discussion of neutrality and impartiality; the challenge of agents representing principals; and a reflection on emotion in conflict work.  This module is an ideal place to add your own cross-cutting topics or themes that can round out your presentation of perspectives on conflict.
