Section 3 finishes with Professor Mehmet Konar-Steenberg for Constitutional Powers. Section 1 gets a visit from Professor Thaddeus Pope to talk about the Health Law Institute before Civil Dispute Resolution with Professor Fuith. Both afternoon courses emphasize skills students will need on the bar exam. U.S. District Court Judge Eric Tostrud joins Professor Fuith’s class to talk about electronic discovery.
