While enrolled at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a student may pursue other courses of study (including dual degree programs approved by the law school and other graduate or undergraduate programs) with prior approval from the Vice Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs.
In collaboration with Hamline University, Mitchell Hamline students enrolled in the J.D. program have the opportunity to pursue two degrees leading to the J.D. and a master’s degree in the following programs:
- Master of Business Administration (J.D./M.B.A.)
- Master of Fine Arts in Writing (J.D./M.F.A.)
- Master in Public Administration (J.D./M.P.A.)
- Master in Nonprofit Management (J.D./M.N.M.)
Through a partnership with the University of Minnesota, J.D. students may purse the Master of Public Health in Public Administration & Policy (MPH-PHAP).
