Senior Lecturer in Law, BPP University
Chris Kirkbride is a Senior Lecturer in law. He has been lecturing law in Higher Education for almost 20 years, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Though initially a property lawyer, he has more recently been involved in the validation, teaching and assessment of banking and financial law, and the law of financial crime for delivery on both Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws programmes. He has particular interest in the interrelationship between traditional categories of law and their modification by more specialist areas, particularly in the use of fiduciary theory and principles in commercial transactions.
