Founder, CyberSmart® Law, a division of Duke Law Office
Duke is the founder of CyberSmart® Law, a specialized law firm focusing on the needs of small and medium-sized companies in the areas of legal data protection obligations, data risk and breaches, and protection of trade secrets. Duke also formed and is the President of the Center for Cyber Resilience, Minnesota’s first information sharing non-profit organization, and serves on the advisory board of the Cyber Security Summit 2017. Duke provides organizations with cyber security workforce training, employee digital security policies, and compliance assessments, and assists them in creating organization-wide digital security programs. She was the 2005 recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners Woman of Achievement Award. Duke earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in economics from Yale University.
