Diane Berthel is recently retired from a 35 year career in investment consulting to dedicate her time and expertise in support of micro finance and human rights organizations in developing countries. She currently serves on advisory boards for the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Health Law Institute and Integrated Governance Solutions. She is emeritus Executive Council and Investment Committee member for the Minnesota Historical Society, a member of the Pension Investment Committee for the Bon Secours Health System, Inc. Baltimore, Maryland and the International Advisory Board for Farm Livelihood Development Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Diane has a BA from University of Northern Iowa, an MPA from Harvard University and completed three health care executive programs from the Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical/Government Schools and the University of Wisconsin Madison.
She has served in governance roles for numerous public and private institutions including 13 years as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Finance and Executive Committees for HealthEast Care System.
