Emeritus Professor of Law
Professional Focus
Although Prof. Kirwin currently devotes most of his energy to our Writing & Representation: Advice & Problem Solving program, he continues to pursue research and bar organization activities relating to his previous teaching areas: lawyers’ professional responsibility, criminal procedure, and workers’ compensation.
“It is a great privilege to be a part of our Writing & Representation: Advice & Problem Solving program. The excellent Twin Cities lawyers who serve as adjunct writing professors and representation professors are a joy to work with. They provide our first-year students the finest possible education in legal analysis, legal writing, and interpersonal legal representation skills.”
