Fast track your undergraduate and law degrees
Mitchell Hamline’s 3+3 programs enable eligible students at partner institutions to complete their bachelor’s and J.D. degrees in six years rather than seven.
Students in 3+3 programs pursue a variety of undergraduate majors for three years before attending law school. They must apply to Mitchell Hamline and be accepted to the law school under the same criteria as all other applicants. Students attend Mitchell Hamline during what would typically be their fourth year of undergraduate work. Prospective 3+3 students should work closely with their undergraduate advisors to ensure they have completed all undergraduate major requirements prior to enrolling at Mitchell Hamline.
The Direct Admissions Program for Hamline University and University of Alaska-Anchorage students and alumni only.
