Holly Dolejsi, J.D. is the new pro bono counsel for the World Without Genocide. Holly is a partner at Robins, Kaplan LLC, and was profiled in 2023 by the American Bar Association in a feature titled Meet 12 Lawyers Who Inspire Us.
Dolejsi secured a $589 million settlement from pharmaceutical manufacturers on behalf of all federally recognized American Indian tribes. She assisted the state of Minnesota in winning a $60.5 million dollar settlement for deceptive marketing of e-cigarettes to youth, making her one of Minnesota Lawyer’s 2023 Attorneys of the Year. Pro bono work, especially assisting transgender and nonbinary individuals, is a key focus of Dolejsi’s practice. She also has expanded professional opportunities for women lawyers by co-creating the Women Trial Lawyers Conference, now in its seventh year.
Dolejsi is a graduate of Northwestern University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Minnesota Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and Public Justice.
World Without Genocide promotes education and action to protect innocent people, prevent genocide, prosecute perpetrators, and remember those affected by genocide. World Without Genocide is formally associated with the UN Department of Global Communications and is in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council since 2022.
