Former Practicing Attorney, Prime Therapeutics
Minneapolis, MN
Amy Taber retired as Prime Therapeutics’ AVP, assistant general counsel in April 2024. During her four years as assistant general counsel, Taber and her team of talented legal professionals led Prime’s legal efforts in the areas of commercial litigation and dispute management. Before becoming AVP, Taber served as Prime’s employment legal counsel for six years. After retiring from the active practice of law, she remains deeply engaged in the legal profession and broader community. Throughout her career, Taber was committed to thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and advancing the profession. Taber continues that commitment by volunteering her time, supporting organizations that strengthen the legal community, mentoring new women lawyers, and contributing to initiatives that promote access to justice, professional excellence, and civic engagement. Amy Taber is the current president of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Foundation. Taber also volunteers with Reading Partners as a reading tutor and with Bountiful Basket, a food shelf in Chaska.
