Ann Vanga currently serves as general counsel and head of compliance at Yardstik, a Minneapolis-based tech startup. Previously, Vanga was VP of legal at Solifi, a leader in secured finance software where she led the global legal function across international markets. Beyond her corporate work, Vanga spent a decade as the head coach for Mitchell Hamline’s Willem C. Vis International moot team. She holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and a certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London. She earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Kentucky.
