Ben Peters is currently a manager in PwC’s M&A Tax, Deals, and Global Structuring group, which advises corporations and private equity firms on tax issues related to all manner of domestic and international transactions, including leading cross-jurisdiction and cross-specialty teams to diligence, structure, negotiate, and execute domestic and cross-border deals. PwC also helps clients structure pre-deal carve-out and post-deal integration transactions to create additional value.
Peters graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2020 and Cornell University in 2015.
